The Senior HR Manager is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the Human Resources function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, HR compliance, and organizational development. This role partners closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, ensuring a high-performing, engaged, and compliant workforce.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR Leadership
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Partner with executive management to drive organizational growth, change management, and culture development.
Provide strategic input on workforce planning, succession management, and talent development.
Talent Acquisition & Management
Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process that supports employee engagement and retention.
Implement succession planning and leadership development programs.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Manage employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and productivity.
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
Performance Management
Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Coach managers on performance improvement, feedback, and employee development.
Support the implementation of performance-based reward systems.
Compensation & Benefits
Administer compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and compliant.
Analyze market trends to recommend salary adjustments and benefits enhancements.
Ensure compliance with statutory and internal compensation guidelines.
HR Policy & Compliance
Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with labor laws.
Ensure organizational compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
Lead HR audits and reporting for management and regulatory purposes.
Training & Development
Identify skill gaps and design learning and development programs.
Oversee leadership, technical, and soft skills training initiatives.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
Experience:
4 - 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or senior HR leadership role.
Certifications:
SHRM-CP/SCP, CIPD, or similar HR certification preferred.
Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and HRIS systems.
