The HR Manager will lead and manage human resources functions to support organizational goals. This role involves developing HR strategies, implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager collaborates with leadership to drive employee engagement, performance, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage full-cycle hiring process, including job postings, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiations.
Design and oversee onboarding programs to acclimate new hires effectively.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Serve as a trusted advisor for managers and employees on HR policies, conflict resolution, and workplace issues.
Conduct employee engagement surveys and implement action plans based on feedback.
Plan and coordinate employee events, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
Performance Management:
Develop and maintain performance review processes and tools.
Coach managers on goal-setting, feedback, and development planning.
Identify training needs and partner with L&D to deliver programs.
Policy Development & Compliance:
Review, update, and implement HR policies and employee handbook.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Administer compensation and benefits programs.
HR Operations & Reporting:
Oversee HRIS and maintain accurate employee records.
Generate and analyze HR metrics on turnover, headcount, and other KPIs.
Manage payroll processes in coordination with finance.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
