Hi,,

The Senior HR Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle and ensuring the seamless delivery of HR services. You will act as a bridge between HR policy and execution, managing compliance, and improving operational efficiency to enhance the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle Management

: Oversee end-to-end processes from seamless pre-boarding and onboarding to offboarding and exit formalities.

Data Integrity

?Payroll & Benefits Support

: Collaborate with the Finance/Payroll team to provide accurate inputs regarding attendance, leaves, bonuses, and deductions. Manage statutory benefits (PF, ESI, Insurance).

?Compliance & Audits:

Ensure all HR processes align with local labor laws and internal global policies. Lead internal and external HR audits.

?Query Management:

Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, letters (bonafide, visa, etc.), and general operational queries.

?Process Improvement

: Identify bottlenecks in current HR workflows and implement automated or streamlined solutions to improve Turnaround Time (TAT).

?Documentation:

Manage the creation and distribution of offer letters, confirmation letters, and increment letters with high attention to detail.

Required Qualifications & Skills



?

Education

: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (

MBA in HR is

preferred). ?

Experience

:

3-5 years of core HR Operations experience

Knowledge:

Deep understanding of Indian Labor Laws and statutory compliance

. ?Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

for interacting with stakeholders across different levels. ?

Analytical Mindset:

Ability to generate and interpret HR reports and dashboards to provide data-driven insights.

?Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with high integrity. ?A proactive approach to problem-solving and "owning" the process. ?Prior experience in a shared services environment is a plus

Salary: 30000-35000 per month
