Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Handle end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles
Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs
Conduct interviews, background checks, and issue appointment letters
Manage joining formalities and induction programs

Payroll Management
Oversee attendance and leave records using biometric or HR software
Prepare monthly salary statements and coordinate with finance/payroll vendors
Ensure timely salary disbursement and handle employee salary queries

Statutory Compliance
Ensure adherence to all labour laws and statutory requirements such as:
PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.
Handle monthly/annual statutory filings and returns
Coordinate with auditors and government officials during inspections

HR Operations & Administration
Maintain employee records (manual & digital)
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures
Monitor contract/outsourced staff attendance and performance
Support performance appraisals and HR audits
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in HR or relevant field
5-7 years of HR experience in a hospital or healthcare organization
Strong knowledge of HR practices, payroll software & labour laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
