We are looking for an experienced and people-focused
Sr. HR Generalist
to lead end-to-end HR functions across our Peelamedu and Gandhipuram branches in Coimbatore. This role combines strategic HR leadership with hands-on operational execution and requires strong expertise in performance management, employee relations, and statutory compliance.
The position offers high ownership, leadership exposure, and the opportunity to standardize and strengthen HR practices across multiple locations.
Drive the Performance Management System (PMS), including defining, tracking, and evaluating KRAs and KPIs
Manage probation confirmations, annual appraisals, and performance review cycles
Identify skill gaps and support training, learning, and employee development initiatives
Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as the primary HR point of contact for employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
Plan and execute employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives
Conduct regular branch visits to ensure consistent HR practices and policy implementation
HR Operations & Administration
Oversee the complete employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, internal transfers, and exits
Manage attendance, leave management systems, payroll coordination, and employee documentation
Maintain accurate HR MIS, dashboards, and management reports
Compliance & Policy Governance
Ensure full compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements
Implement and monitor HR policies consistently across both locations
Conduct periodic HR audits and recommend process and policy improvements
Leadership & Business Partnership
Serve as a strategic HR advisor to senior management and business leaders
Support workforce planning, organizational development, and people strategy initiatives
Facilitate effective internal HR communication and leadership meetings
Candidate Profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, or HR Business Partner roles
Strong expertise in performance management, KRAs/KPIs, labour laws, and statutory compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
Willingness to travel between Peelamedu and Gandhipuram locations
