Key Responsibilities
Manage employee entry and exit formalities, including onboarding documentation, background verification, and full & final settlements
Conduct orientation and induction programs for new joinees to ensure smooth integration into the organization
Handle staff grievances and complaints, ensuring timely resolution in line with company policies and labor laws
Manage and monitor HR compliance requirements, including statutory records, audits, and internal policies
Coordinate and oversee payroll management, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely disbursement
Prepare, issue, and manage offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation
Conduct and record employee reviews and feedback sessions in coordination with department heads
Maintain and manage HR software / HRMS systems, ensuring accurate employee data and reports
Act as a point of contact between management and employees for HR-related matters
Support leadership with HR reporting, workforce data, and process improvements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
Human resources management: 3 years (Required)
