will be responsible for supporting and managing the overall HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR operations. The role requires excellent organizational skills, people management, and the ability to contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
Support employee engagement initiatives and cultural activities.
Assist in performance appraisal processes.
HR Operations
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
Manage leave, attendance, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
Prepare HR letters, contracts, and other documentation.
Policy & Compliance
Ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures.
Support compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
Learning & Development
Identify training needs in coordination with department heads.
Assist in organizing training sessions and maintaining training records.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.
Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field.
3-5 years of relevant HR experience
Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
