About the Role



We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

HR Generalist Manager

to lead and manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across all HR functions and proven experience in leading a team to deliver efficient and effective HR services that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee all

HR operations

including employee lifecycle management, onboarding, payroll, attendance, compliance, and exit formalities. Lead, mentor, and manage the

HR Operations Team

, ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day activities. Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and implement effective HR strategies. Drive employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive work culture. Manage

performance management processes

, ensuring timely goal setting, appraisal, and feedback mechanisms. Ensure compliance with

labour laws

, company policies, and statutory regulations. Maintain and enhance

HR systems, policies, and procedures

to improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with recruitment and talent acquisition teams to support staffing requirements. Prepare and manage HR dashboards, reports, and analytics for management review. Oversee

training and development

coordination and employee welfare programs.

Strong knowledge of

HR operations

. Excellent leadership and people management skills. Proficiency in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and manage HR activities across multiple departments.

Qualifications



Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 7-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a

managerial or team lead

role. Experience in a fast-paced, multi-location organization preferred.

Pay: ?70,000.00 - ?90,000.00 per month
