Drive employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive work culture.
Manage
performance management processes
, ensuring timely goal setting, appraisal, and feedback mechanisms.
Ensure compliance with
labour laws
, company policies, and statutory regulations.
Maintain and enhance
HR systems, policies, and procedures
to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with recruitment and talent acquisition teams to support staffing requirements.
Prepare and manage HR dashboards, reports, and analytics for management review.
