Conversant with KEKA mandatory.
Candidates from Power Sector - conventional or renewable preferred.
Work across all areas of employee lifecycle like joining, learning & development, employee engagement, separations and other HR touchpoints.
Responsible for the joining formalities, Recruitment, screening of candidates and scheduling interviews. Induction & Joining formalities. Exit formalities.
Performance Management system.
Payroll Processing, EPF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Statutory Compliance.
General Administration, Absenteeism, Employee Grievances, Attendance & Leave.
Lead & institutionalise initiatives, Facilitate the learning calendar and anchor the learning and development activities. Contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes and initiatives by identifying best practices and continuous process improvement. Enhanced employee engagement activities and all related events.
Requirements
Proven experience of 3 years plus as HR Generalist
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
Good knowledge of MS Office; KEKA
Excellent communication and people skills
Aptitude in problem-solving
Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
MBA HR. Any other graduate with HR experience.
Additional HR training will be a plus
