Independently manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and employee exits.
Act as the single point of contact for all HR matters and advise the Director on people-related issues.
Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, gratuity, maternity benefits and labour law requirements.
Manage attendance, leave, payroll and maintain accurate employee records.
Draft, implement and update HR policies, appointment letters, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and conflict resolution.
Coordinate performance management, appraisals and employee engagement initiatives.
Prepare HR MIS, compliance reports and support audits and inspections.
Support organizational growth initiatives including workforce planning and culture building.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance
Ability to work independently and take ownership of HR functions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Proficient in HR reporting, documentation, and MS Excel.
