to manage and process employee salaries, deductions, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll software, a strong understanding of payroll processes, and a commitment to confidentiality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll for all employees on a timely and accurate basis.
Maintain and update payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in pay or benefits.
Ensure compliance with statutory laws such as PF, ESI, TDS, gratuity, bonus, and labour laws.
Prepare and file monthly/quarterly/annual returns and reports to government authorities.
Handle Enternal, External and ISO Audits.
Coordinate with HR and Accounts teams for salary inputs and reconciliations.
Resolve employee queries related to salary, deductions, income tax, and other payroll matters.
Manage full and final settlement processes.
Ensure data security and confidentiality in handling payroll information.
Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll and tax regulations.
