? Keeping Attendance track from various running sites (All over India), Verifying on Weekly / Monthly
Basis & sending the same to Reporting Manager for approval.
? Bio-metric attendance management: - Downloading of attendance data on daily basis, & sending the
same to Reporting Manager for approval.
? Leave Management :- Updating the leave (CL, SL, EL/PL, Short leaves) on daily / monthly/ yearly Basis.
? Registers Maintaining:- Maintaining Registers for Attendance, Leaves, Out Door duty,Late coming
reports, Absenteeism Reports Overtime, Sunday Payment on daily basis.
Joining Formalities
? Documentation of new joiner, Personal filing etc..
? Issuing Employee ID card, arranging computer system & Required stationeries.
? Issuing Appointment letter / Probation Period Letter according to the policy of the company.
Manpower Handling
? Employees Induction
? Employees Grievance HandlingPayroll Management
? Preparation of salary sheet on excel sheet of more than 350 Employees with error free processing.
? Coordination with Account department, TDS Deduction, Final salary processing, Resolving employee
queries, leave adjudtment, Pay slips Distribution etc.
? Calculations of earned leave / Sunday working payment
? Consolidation of Payroll with all inputs like Collection on attendance, leaves, new hires, employee
information Changes, Loans, Advances, Reimbursements, exit employees etc.
Statutory Compliances
? Calculation of ESI, PF, Gratuity, Bonus, Coordination with compliances deptt.
Labor Law / Industrial Relation
? Contract Labor (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970 Maintenance of Register of employees employed by
Contractor, Maintenance of Employment Cards, Maintenance of Muster roll, Maintenance of Register
of Wages, Maintenance of Register of Deductions for damages or loss, Maintenance of Register of fine.
? EMPLOYEES PROVIDENT FUND & MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS ACT, 1952, Submission of Challans
(Monthly), Submission of monthly Returns.
? The Payment of Bonus Act 1965: - Register showing the details of amount of bonus payable to each
employee.
? The Payment of Gratuity Act: - Rule, Regulalation, Eligibility Criteria, Payment
Exit Formalities / Full & Final settlement
? Processing exit formalities:- No due Certificate, Company assets Hand Over from employees.
? Coordinating with A/c depaartment for Full & Final payment of exit employees.
? Processing of clearance of NOC / experience letter.
Administration
? Office Administation
? Taking action against employees who commit misconduct.
? Supervision of safety norms.
? Supervision Of Canteen.
? All Types Bill & Expense Check submit.
? Prepare fund planing weekly.
? Organizing event.
? Maintaining all Records in computer.
? Conveyance Handling
? CCTV Camera supervision and checking time to time.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
