Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of Team.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and processes.
Nurture a positive working environment.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Administer compensation and benefit plans.
