Handle end-to-end recruitment process -- sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Assist in payroll processing and HR documentation.
Conduct employee engagement and retention activities.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and ensure smooth communication.
Coordinate with management for HR policies and compliance.
Support performance appraisal and evaluation processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
Good knowledge of recruitment platforms and HR software/tools.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
