Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
Handle employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
Manage payroll coordination, leave management, and statutory compliance support
Address employee queries and support HR operations
Assist in performance management and HR policies implementation
Requirements:
Graduate/MBA in HR preferred
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR operations/recruitment
Good knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
Strong communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills:
MS Excel & HRMS knowledge
Problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
