1. Manpower Planning & Recruitment
Coordinate manpower requirements with Project Managers and Site Engineers
Handle recruitment of site staff, engineers, supervisors, technicians, and labor
Coordinate with contractors for deployment of skilled & unskilled labor
Maintain manpower deployment records project-wise
2. Joining, Attendance & Payroll Coordination
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction
Maintain attendance (biometric/manual muster roll)
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with accounts team
Track overtime, leave, and absenteeism
3. Statutory Compliance (Critical for Construction)
Ensure compliance with:
PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity
CLRA Act
Building & Other Construction Workers (BOCW) Act
Minimum Wages Act
Maintain statutory registers and records
Coordinate inspections and audits
Follow up with contractors for PF/ESI enrollment and compliance
4. Contractor & Labor Management
Maintain contractor details and agreements
Verify labor licenses and statutory documents
Monitor contractor manpower attendance and wages
Handle worker grievances at site
5. Employee Relations & Discipline
Address employee grievances and site-level issues
Support disciplinary actions, warnings, and notices
Ensure proper communication between management and site employees
6. HR Documentation & MIS
Maintain employee files (physical & digital)
Prepare HR MIS reports (manpower, attrition, compliance status)
Support audits and management reviews
7. Coordination & Support
Coordinate with Accounts, Admin, Safety, and Project teams
Support site mobilization and demobilization activities
Assist in HR policy implementation and awareness
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,541.10 - ₹32,396.76 per month
