Core responsibilities

Recruitment and onboarding:

Develop job descriptions, source and interview candidates, and manage the hiring and onboarding process.

Employee relations:

Act as a liaison between employees and management, and resolve workplace conflicts and grievances.

Compensation and benefits:

Manage payroll, benefits programs, and compensation plans to ensure competitiveness and accuracy.

Legal compliance:

Ensure the organization adheres to all labor laws, regulations, and policies.

Training and development:

Design and implement training programs to support employee professional growth.

Performance management:

Oversee performance appraisal systems and provide feedback and guidance.

Workplace culture and safety:

Foster a positive work environment and ensure a safe and healthy workplace for all employees.

To effectively interact with employees at all levels and handle sensitive information discreetly.
