Job Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
Manage employee records, attendance, and leave management
Coordinate joining & exit formalities, documentation, and induction
Support payroll inputs, PF, and statutory compliance
Assist in HR policies, procedures, and compliance
Address basic employee grievances and support employee engagement activities
Maintain HR MIS and reports
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
Key Skills & Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in an HR Generalist role
Knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, PF & complianc
