Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
Prepare appointment letters, HR documents, and maintain accurate employee records and databases.
Oversee payroll processing, salary structuring, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance.
Prepare and share MIS reports, HR trackers, and payroll reports for internal and statutory requirements.
Implement and support the Performance Management System.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and foster a positive work environment.
Handle audits, HR registers, and compliance documentation.
Provide HR support by drafting letters, certificates, and documents as needed.
