We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. This role is suitable for freshers or individuals with up to 2 years of HR experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end
recruitment processes
, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
Manage
onboarding and induction
for new employees
Maintain and update
employee records
, attendance, and HR databases
Support
payroll processing
and coordinate with accounts/finance teams
Help implement
HR policies and procedures
Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
Assist in organizing
training sessions, performance reviews
, and
employee engagement activities
Prepare HR documents like
offer letters, appointment letters, and exit forms
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
0-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of
HR practices, labor laws
, and compliance
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment
