The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies, and supporting talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, payroll, and compliance. This role requires a proactive professional with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to align HR practices with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, retention strategies, and welfare programs.
Performance Management
Support in implementing appraisal systems, KPIs, and performance evaluation processes.
Guide managers and employees on performance improvement plans.
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain and update employee records, HRMS, and personal files.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate skill enhancement programs.
Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
Policy & Process Management
Assist in formulating, reviewing, and updating HR policies and SOPs.
Ensure smooth implementation of HR best practices across departments.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
3-6 years of proven experience in HR operations, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
