Job Description

Talent Acquisition



Develop and execute comprehensive TA strategies aligned with company goals

Handle full-cycle recruitment: partner with hiring managers, source, screen, interview, negotiate offers, and oversee onboarding .

Build and maintain talent pipelines; create employer branding initiatives and represent the company at career fairs and professional events .

Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time?to?hire, cost?per?hire), generate regular reports, and refine processes accordingly

Design and implement HR policies that cultivate a positive work environment and ensure compliance with labor laws .

Oversee compensation, benefits, performance management, and learning & development programs .

Lead the HR team: set objectives, track performance, manage talent development, and handle escalations or grievances.

Leadership & Strategy



Collaborate with senior management on workforce planning, forecasting, and organizational effectiveness .

Optimize processes using HR tech and analytics; manage budgets and vendor relationships

Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across hiring and HR practices
