IDBI Intech Ltd is seeking a seasoned Technical & BPO Recruiter with a strong background in managing bulk hiring across IT and Non-IT domains. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with a passion for sourcing the right talent and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for both technical (IT) and non-technical (BPO/operations) roles. Drive bulk hiring campaigns across departments including Operations, Technology, and Support functions. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent using job portals, social media, references, and campus drives. Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and company standards. Coordinate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and build a robust talent pipeline. Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Conduct offer negotiations and follow-ups till onboarding. Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.) and provide regular hiring reports to management.

Skills Required:

Proven experience in bulk hiring for IT and BPO roles. Strong knowledge of technical hiring, especially in areas such as Java, .NET, SQL, Unix, Application Support, etc. Familiarity with non-IT recruitment for customer service, back-office, and support functions. Excellent sourcing and screening skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions simultaneously. Proficient in using Excel, PowerPoint, and ATS/HRMS tools.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field Minimum 5 years of relevant recruitment experience Experience in BFSI domain recruitment will be an added advantage
