Role and Responsibility: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR professional to join our team, with a primary focus on
Talent Acquisition
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and supporting other HR functions including onboarding, employee engagement.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent.
Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
Utilize job portals, social media, and professional networks to identify and engage potential candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
Support HR operations including employee documentation, attendance, Offer letter preparation, experience letter preparation.
Assist in designing and executing employee engagement initiatives.
Handle employee queries and support a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications & Skills
2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR roles.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
