Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Onboarding ? Develop and execute hiring plans for project-specific roles ? Coordinate interviews, selection, and onboarding processes ? Maintain talent pipelines for future project needs

2. Performance Management ? Design and implement appraisal systems aligned with project KPIs ? Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions ? Address underperformance and recommend corrective actions

3. Policy Development & Compliance ? Draft HR policies in line with labor laws and PMC standards ? Ensure adherence to statutory regulations (ESIC, PF, etc.) ? Handle audits and maintain documentation for compliance

4. Training & Development ? Identify skill gaps and organize training programs ? Promote continuous learning for project efficiency ? Coordinate certifications relevant to project domains (e.g., PMP, safety)

5. Employee Relations & Engagement ? Resolve grievances and foster a positive work culture ? Organize team-building activities and wellness programs ? Ensure transparent communication between management and staff

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - 70,000.00 per month
