Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations Management:
Oversee and manage all HR operational activities.
Audit & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to statutory compliance and assist in internal/external audits.
Payroll Administration:
Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy in salary disbursement.
Employee Grievance Handling:
Address and resolve employee concerns promptly and professionally.
MIS Reporting:
Prepare and maintain HR-related MIS reports for management review.
Master Data Management:
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Attendance & Leave Management:
Monitor attendance systems and manage leave records.
Statutory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with labour laws and other statutory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
4-7 years of experience in HR operations and compliance.
Strong knowledge of payroll, statutory compliance, and HR processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
