Key Responsibilities: Technical Recruitment
Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical positions (Developers, Blockchain Engineers, Product, DevOps, Designers, etc.).
Understand job requirements, tech stacks, and project needs by coordinating with department leads.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social platforms.
Conduct initial screening, technical assessments, and coordinate interviews.
Manage candidate pipelines, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
Maintain recruitment dashboards and weekly hiring reports.
Core HR Operations
Manage employee lifecycle: onboarding, documentation, confirmation, appraisal, and exit processes.
Maintain HRMS records, attendance, leaves, and employee files.
Assist with payroll by providing attendance, leave, and salary input data.
Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, increment, warning, relieving, etc.).
Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries and support.
Conduct employee feedback sessions and share insights with management.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
Help maintain a positive, motivating, and productive work environment.
Performance & Policy Management
Support performance review cycles and appraisal documentation.
Assist in drafting, updating, and communicating HR policies.
Monitor employee discipline, punctuality, and behavioral compliance.
Handle conflict resolution and employee grievance management.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience
in HR, with strong exposure to
technical recruitment
.
Excellent understanding of IT roles, software technologies, and hiring trends.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS tools, ATS, and recruitment platforms.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle confidential information responsibly.
Preferred Skills
Experience in IT, software development, or startup environments.
Knowledge of payroll systems and HR analytics.
Ability to independently manage a team or lead junior HR staff.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
