will be responsible for managing various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance with company policies. The role involves maintaining a positive work environment, ensuring smooth HR operations, and supporting management in achieving organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
Manage attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination.
Draft and issue offer letters, appointment letters, experience certificates, and other HR documents.
Assist in implementing HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Organize employee engagement activities and company events.
Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
Prepare HR-related reports and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Good understanding of HR functions and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., Excel, HRMS).
