Job Description

Roles and Responsibility :

1. End to End Recruitment

2. Effective orientation about the work nature for the productive man power utilization

3. Issuing Offer Letter and Appointment Letter to the employees after verification of eligibility criteria

4. Attendance Tracking and its Reports Maintenance

5. Salary Processing

6. Training Arrangements for New Joiners and gathering of Evaluation Reports from their concerned Team Leader

7. Performance Meeting Arrangements as per the schedule acknowledged

8. Monitoring in a conceptual view towards all Departments for 100% manpower utilization towards targeted job.

9. Documentation of all the reports/letters of all the employees in a confidential manner

10. File Handling

11. All Official Records Maintenance

12. System Maintenance

13. Billing

14. Stock Maintenance

15. Public Relationship Maintenance

16. Clean Infrastructure Maintenance

17. Maintaining Positive Environment by Regular Professional Relationship with all employees.

18. Providing Memo's for employees in case if required

19. Appraising the candidates as per their performance level upgraded

20. Enthusiastic Event Handling

21. Team Sustainability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
