Job Description

Job Responsibilities :



Identify staffing needs and create job descriptions. Post job openings on various platforms. Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates. Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Manage end-to-end interview scheduling and follow-ups. Conduct background checks and verify documents. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Handle offer letters, salary negotiation, and onboarding. Ensure smooth communication between candidates and the organization. Follow recruitment policies and support employer branding.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
