Responsibilities



Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring. Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs. Maintain employee records and manage HR databases. Implement and enforce hotel HR policies and procedures. Address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts. Ensure compliance with labor laws and hotel industry regulations. Coordinate performance management and employee evaluation processes. Facilitate communication between management and employees.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
