Position Summary:
The HR Executive will manage core human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and training. The role requires a strong understanding of HR practices within the manufacturing industry and aims to create a positive and productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Facilitate onboarding for new employees, ensuring smooth induction and compliance with policies.
2. Employee Relations
Address employee queries and grievances promptly.
Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
Manage conflict resolution effectively.
3. Performance Management
Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems.
Guide managers and employees on performance evaluation and feedback.
4. Compliance & Record-Keeping
Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS databases, and documentation.
5. Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs.
Support career growth and continuous learning initiatives.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
3-6 years
in an HR role (manufacturing or steel industry experience preferred).
Knowledge of
HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance
requirements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
