Experience - 3-6 years of experience as an HR Executive, with a focus on recruitment.

Education :- Bachelor's & Master's degree in any stream & specialization in Human Resources.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related software tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment, compliance, and HR processes.
Description-
We're seeking a dynamic Senior HR Executive with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience, focusing on
talent acquisition and recruitment strategies
. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment to exit. This includes expertise in performance evaluations, professional development, and successful implementation of exit strategies. Duties and Responsibilities
1. Recruitment:- end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
2. Onboarding and Induction:- Facilitate seamless onboarding processes for new hires & conduct comprehensive induction programs to familiarize new employees with the organization.
3. HR Operations:- Involves the day-to-day administrative and operational tasks within the HR department. Oversee end-to-end employee life cycle processes, ensuring smooth onboarding and efficient exit process
4. Compliance and Legal:- Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory obligations such as PF, PT, ESIC and other legal requirements.
5. Managing Payroll and Benefits Programs:- Tracking employee attendance, managing leaves, and ensuri compliance with company policies. Managing the payroll process,
including calculating salaries, taxes, and other deductions.
6. Employee Data:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Ensure data confidentiality and complian with data protection regulations.
7. Handling Employee Relations:- Fostering a workplace culture that promotes employee satisfaction, engagement, and well-being.
8. Resignation & Full n Final Settlement:- Manage the resignation process, conduct exit interviews, and gather feedback. Ensure smooth exit formalities and knowledge transfer.
Oversee the full and final settlement process for departing employees.
Working Days | Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm | Saturday & Sunday: Closed
