Job Overview:



The Sr. HR Executive will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the company's human resources strategies and policies. This position requires a proactive and strategic thinker capable of managing all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, faster organizational development by adding skilled emploment, and culture enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate manpower requirements with department heads Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding Manage employee lifecycle activities: joining, confirmation, promotion, and exit Maintain employee records, HR files, and HR databases Manage attendance, leave, and HR documentation Draft and issue appointment letters, HR policies, and official communications Support monthly salary calculations and payroll processing in coordination with the finance team Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Gratuity, and Bonus regulations Ensure HR policies are clearly communicated and consistently implemented Support performance management processes, including appraisals and PIP administration Address employee grievances and manage disciplinary processes Conduct exit interviews and manage full & final settlements Plan and execute employee engagement and team-building activities Maintain confidentiality and adherence to HR best practices Achieve hiring targets & perform other HR-related responsibilities as assigned Other HR and administrative responsibilities as required to support business needs

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
