Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
Coordinate interviews, documentation, offer letters, and joining formalities.
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.
2. HR Operations
Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and personnel files.
Manage attendance, leave records, and shift coordination.
Process employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.
3. Payroll & Compliance
Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing.
Handle statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, and labor laws.
Address payroll-related queries and discrepancies.
4. Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and concerns.
Support disciplinary actions and performance management processes.
Promote a healthy and compliant work environment.
5. Performance Management
Assist in goal setting, appraisals, and performance review cycles.
Track KRAs/KPIs and follow up on evaluations.
6. Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate internal/external training programs.
Support induction and ongoing employee development initiatives.
7. Policy Implementation
Ensure implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, SOPs, and the employee handbook.
8. Exit Management
Handle resignations, full & final settlements, exit interviews, and clearance processes.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance during employee separation.
9. Reporting & Coordination
Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
