Job Description

Key Responsibilities



1. Recruitment & Onboarding



Coordinate

end-to-end

recruitment (screening, interviews, joining). Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities. Maintain employee master data and personal files.

2. Attendance & Payroll Support



Monitor daily attendance, leave records, and site attendance. Ensure accuracy in attendance, overtime, and deductions.

4. Employee Records & Documentation



Maintain HR files, contracts, ID cards, and policy acknowledgements. Update employee data in HR systems and trackers. Handle employee verification and documentation.

5. Employee Relations



Address employee queries related to HR policies, salary, leave, and attendance. Support grievance handling and employee engagement activities. Coordinate disciplinary processes as per company policy.

6. HR Reporting



Prepare monthly HR reports (attendance, attrition, manpower). Maintain MIS and submit reports to management on time.

7. Policy & Compliance Support



Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures. Ensure adherence to company rules and code of conduct. Coordinate with site teams for HR-related matters.

Pay: ?16,575.31 - ?25,000.00 per month
