Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments.
Source candidates through job portals and social media.
Conduct screenings, interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Plan and execute recruitment strategies as per business needs and timelines.
Payroll & HR Operations
Process monthly salaries using payroll software.
Handle PF, ESIC, taxation, bonuses, arrears, and leave encashments.
Maintain employee master data and attendance records.
Verify timekeeping, calculate overtime, and ensure accurate payouts.
Handle employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare payroll reports and ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience
in Talent Acquisition and Payroll processing.
Good understanding of sourcing techniques and selection methods.
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP) and knowledge of payroll software.
Understanding of PF, ESIC, taxation, and other statutory compliances.
Strong numerical ability, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
Good communication and organizational skills.
