Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory and office roles.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from relevant industry backgrounds.
Conduct interviews and manage onboarding & induction processes.
2. Employee Life Cycle Management
Maintain employee records and HR MIS reports.
Handle employee engagement activities, grievance redressal, and feedback mechanisms.
Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination with the accounts team.
3. Training & Development
Identify skill gaps and plan training programs for plant and office staff.
Conduct induction & orientation for new employees.
Support performance appraisal processes.
4. HR Operations & Administration
Draft HR policies, SOPs, and ensure proper implementation.
Maintain discipline and ensure smooth communication across departments.
Oversee shift schedules, contract labour and vendor coordination.
5. Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws
Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements: PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, MLWF, etc.
Manage factory HR documentation, registers, and audits as per the Factories Act.
Coordinate with government bodies and handle labour inspections.
Prepare monthly compliance reports and maintain legal records.
6. Industrial Relations
Maintain healthy relations with workers and contract labour.
Ensure timely resolution of disputes and grievances.
Support management in maintaining a positive work environment on the shop floor.
