Manoj Multifoods Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive with 4-5 years of relevant experience in the field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting employee engagement initiatives at both our Head Office and Warehouse locations.

Position: SN -HR Executive

Experience: 4-5 years in Human Resources or a related field

Location: Head Office & Warehouse, Manoj Multifoods Pvt Ltd

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain employee documentation, including Form 11 and statutory compliance records

Support KYC updates on EPFO portal and coordinate with external agencies for compliance checks

Assist in payroll processing and coordinate with banks for salary disbursement

Oversee shop and establishment licence documentation and ensure timely renewals

Facilitate onboarding, employee engagement, and grievance redressal processes

Desired Profile:

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related discipline

Strong knowledge of compliance requirements (PF, ESI, EPFO, etc.)

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Experience with HRMS and payroll systems preferred
