Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding
:
Source, screen, and interview potential candidates.
Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process.
Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Employee Relations
:
Address employee queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Promote employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction.
Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding processes.
HR Operations
:
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
Assist in payroll processing and ensure accuracy in employee compensation.
Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Training and Development
:
Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
Maintain a database of training schedules and attendance records.
Performance Management
:
Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
Assist managers in setting KPIs and evaluating employee performance.
Policy Development and Compliance
:
Contribute to the creation and revision of HR policies and procedures.
Ensure the organization complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.
General Administration
:
Coordinate employee welfare activities, such as events and celebrations.
Manage employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar capacity.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
