Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage the complete recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements within defined timelines.
Conduct onboarding, induction, and orientation programs for new employees.
2. Employee Engagement & Relations
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and activities.
Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
3. Performance Management System (PMS)
Support and facilitate the performance appraisal process.
Coordinate goal setting, mid-year, and annual review cycles.
Generate and share performance reports and insights with management.
4. Payroll & Attendance Support
Ensure accurate Leave and Attendance data sharing with the Accounts team.
Verify attendance, leave, and LOP details to support payroll accuracy.
5. Statutory Compliance
Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
Maintain compliance records and support statutory audits.
6. Policy Implementation & Process Improvement
Draft, update, and implement HR policies and standard operating procedures.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for better efficiency.
7. Exit Formalities
Manage resignation acceptance, clearance, and full & final settlements.
Conduct exit interviews and document employee feedback.
Prepare and issue relieving and experience letters.
