Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Handle payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
Support performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Address employee queries, grievances, and foster healthy workplace relations.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training, and development programs.
Generate HR reports and provide insights to management.
