Key Responsibilities
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment cycle
- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions.
Drive and coordinate
campus hiring initiatives
including planning, outreach, assessments, and onboarding.
Partner with business leaders to understand hiring requirements and build effective recruitment strategies.
Maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
Ensure an excellent
candidate experience
throughout the recruitment process.
Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards to track hiring progress.
Requirements
2-5 years of experience
in
Talent Acquisition and Campus Recruitment
(mandatory).
Prior work experience in
Real Estate, Construction, or Engineering industries
is highly preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Proficiency in using job portals, social media, and networking for recruitment.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
