Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (A Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.)
At least 5 years of experience in human resources, with a minimum of 2 years in a management role in IT industry.
Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to think strategically and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with a variety of personalities and management styles.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
