Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive - Human Resources to support the daily operations of the HR department. The role involves handling core HR functions such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll support, and compliance tracking. The candidate should be capable of managing HR administration efficiently while fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities: ₹ Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities, including documentation and inductions. ? Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely issuance of HR documents. ? Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts. ? Assist in payroll input consolidation and resolve routine employee queries. ? Help monitor HR compliance with statutory and internal policies. ? Prepare basic HR reports and assist in audits and inspections.
Candidate Profile: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in core HR functions, preferably in a corporate or institutional setting.
Skills & Attributes: Strong knowledge of HR fundamentals, labor laws, and documentation practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software/HRIS Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment High levels of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail Team-oriented with a proactive and service-driven mind-set
