Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from creating job descriptions to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.
Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various channels.
Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability.
Employee Relations:
Handling employee grievances, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
Developing and implementing employee engagement programs.
Promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
HR Policy and Compliance:
Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records.
