Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in HR; internships or trainee roles will be considered.
Basic understanding of HR functions including recruitment, policy implementation, and employee lifecycle.
Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
High attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.
Willingness to learn and grow within the HR field.
Handle end-to-end recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, offer letters, and onboarding.
Support employee onboarding and induction to ensure a smooth joining experience.
Assist in formulating and implementing company policies in line with compliance and organizational goals.
Monitor and manage employee attendance tracking and leave records.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication to foster a positive work culture.
Help plan and organize training sessions and support the training coordination process.
Assist with office management tasks, including supplies management, vendor coordination, and general administration.
Maintain and update HR records and employee databases accurately.
Support in executing the performance management process, including appraisal cycles and feedback documentation.
Address basic employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations.
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee data.
