Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will bring 8-9 years of robust experience in end-to-end recruitment, with strong expertise in lateral hiring and campus recruitment. The role demands excellent communication skills in English and the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders across business functions.
Key Responsibilities: ?
Handle lateral hiring end-to-end including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiation.
Lead and coordinate campus hiring initiatives, building long-term partnerships with colleges.
Engage with key stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and deliver timely solutions.
Collaborate with department heads to align hiring strategies with business goals.
Maintain talent pipelines and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
Provide HR insights and analytics to support decision-making.
Contribute to continuous improvements in HR processes and recruitment process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment (lateral and campus).
Proven track record of stakeholder management and working with cross-functional teams.
Strong command of spoken and written English.
Bachelor's degree in Management Studies (BMS) or MBA/PGDM in HR or related fields.
Familiarity with hiring trends, campus engagement strategies, and sourcing platforms. ?
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/software.
