Sr.Recruitment Executive

Sourcing:

Identifying and attracting qualified candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, and employee referrals.

Screening and Selection:

Evaluating resumes and applications, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates' qualifications.

Hiring:

Making job offers, onboarding new hires, and managing the initial paperwork.

Compliance:

Ensuring that all recruitment activities are compliant with applicable labor laws and company policies.

Onboarding :

Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires

Employee Relations:

Addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.

Data Management:

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR data and records.

ATS -

Should have knowledge of ATS/HR softwares (HRMS,KEKA,ZOHO,Bamboo HR etc
Additional Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement:

Implementing initiatives to improve employee engagement and morale.

Training and Development:

Assisting in the planning and delivery of training programs for employees.

Compliance:

Staying up-to-date on changes in labor laws and regulations and ensuring compliance with all applicable requirements.

Induction -

Should Know about induction programs

Microsoft Excel/PPT -

Should have good overall Knowledge about the same.
