We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR Executive to join our dynamic HR team. The HR Executive will play a crucial role in recruitment, employee management, and supporting HR activities across the organization. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in HR functions, including recruitment calls, updating employee records, and assisting in various HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
Conduct recruitment calls to potential candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.
Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and assist in the hiring process.
Employee Records Management:
Update and maintain employee records in the HRMS (Human Resource Management System).
Ensure the timely and accurate entry of employee data such as personal details, job positions, compensation, and attendance.
Onboarding and Induction:
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
Prepare and organize induction programs, documentation, and welcome kits.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
Assist in handling employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Support in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
HR Administrative Support:
Assist with the preparation and issuance of offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation.
Maintain and update HR files, records, and reports.
Support in performance management and appraisal processes.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory HR requirements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience as an HR Executive or in an HR-related role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Knowledge of recruitment processes, HR policies, and employee benefits.
Preferred:
Certification in HR-related courses or qualifications is a plus.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position, Monday to Saturday
